I am so happy I chose Blackmon plumbing. The young lady in the office (Liz) is great at her job. I had my kitchen faucet fixed by the end of the day. I felt like I was an important VIP because of the fast, good service I received from them. Thank you so much for serving Baytown.
Dillion & Mac arrived as scheduled, and professionally installed my new water heater. They were courteous and friendly. They also saved me $60 by accepting a check vs a card. THAT'S total customer service!

Last month on the fourth, Bret came out to do the annual service on our tankless hot water heater.The flush went well and our system looked in good shape. Bret knew exactly what was needed, was efficient, and my cost for this I consider to be a good value.
A few weeks ago Raven came out to do some work in our kitchen. Replaced a faucet and them more recently fixed a leak which I had been working on for a week. Excellent jobs done and again, worth the cost.
These folks know what they're doing. They are professional and friendly to a fault. They say what they mean, and they mean what they say.
And lets not forget about Liz. She sits at the controls and is the one actually in charge of running them place. She is awesome.

I want to apologize for leaving my man Chris out of all the accolades. He worked with Raven on the sink repair. Cool dude and deserves to be recognized.
And I just realized I forgot the Big Boy that came out and took a look at our kitchen faucet problem, ran down a fine replacement and quoted the job. I can't remember your name my friend, initials, but thank you again for your advice regarding our MB city water and its effects on faucets.
* Wednesday, November 19th, 2025 Update: If we had no water because we dug a hole for a tree, and busted the water line feeding the house and one of my Super Cool dispatchers at Blackmon’s, because they are running the place, said, “Mr. Isaac I’m so sorry, but I don’t have an opening in the schedule until Monday after next, then we would live like Hobos until Monday after next because only one of Mr. Blackmon’s “Damn Fine Plumbers,” would be allowed access to the stuff. You’re probably thinking I own interest in the company or married in so I’ll hush. (And I don’t, and I haven’t) Impeccable work with fair prices. A reliable asset for me, consistent and reliable.
Today My Man Dodany rolled in like he was riding a West Coast Long Board, showing style sliding out from a tight curl hanging-ten like nobody was watching. Yep, that cool.

Blackmon Plumbing connected gas to my home, which was a rather challenging endeavor due to the amount of pipe required to complete the connection. Doday and Mario did an outstanding job. The job required extremely precise measurements which they did expertly. They kept us advised of what they were doing and the progress of the connection. The job required three days to complete. Doday and Mario were very polite and did everything to minimize stress on us. They did truly professional job.
We cannot speak highly enough of Dylan at Blackmon Plumbing! Dylan was incredibly professional, not only with us but also with our tenants, who had been without hot water for two weeks. Despite the challenging circumstances, he showed exceptional dedication and perseverance, working tirelessly every day. He arrived very early and stayed late into the evening, putting in his absolute best effort to resolve the issue. The job was particularly difficult and was made even harder due to the intense heat, but Dylan tackled it with unwavering determination and a positive attitude.
His outstanding work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction make him stand out. If we could choose Dylan as our plumber for both business and personal needs forever, we absolutely would. He is a true asset to Blackmon Plumbing and a prime example of professionalism and hard work. Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with the service from Blackmon Plumbing. Dylan and Dodany completed 5 different projects at our home this week. They were knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and courteous. Will use them again if/when the need arises.
Scott did a great job fixing my toilet. Would definitely recommend Blackmon .

I had a wonderful experience with Blackmon Plumbing. I started using Blackmon Plumbing after I learned of the owner, Shane, helped fix an elderly gentleman's plumbing problems for free. I wanted to support this company who does kind acts for people.
I recently had a toilet replaced and another toilet repaired at the same time.
A gentleman, whose name is Dylan, arrived right on time. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and a hard worker! We have a two-story house and he was working by himself that day. He had to haul an old toilet down the stairs and a new one up the stairs, which was no small feat! He never took a break or stopped working from the minute he arrived.

We had a gas leak we needed found and fixed. They were able to fix it quickly with no hassle. Prices were fair! Would definitely do more business with them again if we have other plumbing issues in the future.
I had my kitchen faucet replacement last week and am very satisfied with Blackmon’s services. They only charged me one hour labor at a very reasonable price compared with other plumbing companies that tried to charge me $195-$295 (Gxxxx Slam, MxP, Chxxxx) for just replacement. The technician was very friendly, unfortunately I don’t have his name. I highly recommend them and will use them if needed. Of course, hope they can keep this good business philosophy and culture.
This company is fantastic… Shane and Laurie are very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I rented their restroom trailer from their company Blackmon Bougie™️ for my wedding and it was clean, smelled nice and worked PERFECT for my event. I would highly recommend this to everyone in need of restrooms… ditch the portacans lol

Fast install and good price, but don't appreciate them leaving trash/old fittings in the attic like we wouldn't notice...sloppy craftsmanship.
The folks at Blackmon have a customer first attitude. They do what they say and say what they do. Michael came by after the job was completed to double check that all is well. 5 plus stars are earned and their business deserves to be the first you call. The mark of a superior company is...what do they do if something goes wrong ? Well I'll tell you what they did after one of their installers slipped off the tiny attic platform and punched a hole with his leg poking through the drywall ceiling ! Fortunately the unlucky fellow was not injured. Upon Michael notifying the shop Mr. Blackmon sent out a drywall installer and painter and the very next day the hole was patched with new drywall and texturing. Their painter upon seeing the color of the paint I intended to use, went over to S-W with a piece of the ceiling and returned providing the correct color selection.

In addition they repainted not just the patched area but they went beyond and blended the entire section of the ceiling (330 sq ft) to match ! That is incredible example of forward thinking on Shane's professionalism. NOT SORRY, for the wordy reference, Blackmon is worth it !

Wow!! I don't usually leave reviews, but what a great overall experience from Blackmon Plumbing! My faucet had a leak requiring replacement. They did such a great job installing my gorgeous new sink! I loved the customer service I got on the phone as well as in person. They arrived on time, and that's unusual for most other home services I schedule appointments for. So impressed with Juan Salinas and all his hard work today! I will definitely stick with this plumbing company for any plumbing problems. Thanks again!
